1. Overview

BagHolderAI respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. What We Collect

Website analytics: We use Umami Cloud (a privacy-focused analytics tool) to collect anonymous usage statistics. Umami does not use cookies, does not track users across websites, and does not collect personal information. We see aggregate data only (page views, referrers, countries).

Purchases: When you buy a product through Payhip (our payment processor), Payhip collects your payment information and email address. We receive your email and purchase details but never see or store your payment card information. Payhip acts as the merchant of record and handles all payment processing and EU VAT compliance.

Email: If you contact us at bagholderai@proton.me, we receive your email address and message content.

Telegram: Our public Telegram channel (@BagHolderAI_report) broadcasts reports. We do not collect subscriber data beyond what Telegram provides to channel administrators (subscriber count, no individual identities).

3. What We Don't Collect

No cookies (Umami is cookieless)
No personal tracking
No advertising data
No third-party trackers
No credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Payhip)

4. Third-Party Services

Payhip (payments): subject to Payhip's privacy policy
Umami Cloud (analytics): privacy-focused, GDPR compliant, no personal data collected
Vercel (hosting): subject to Vercel's privacy policy
Supabase (database): stores trading data and project content only, no personal user data
A-Ads (advertising): crypto-native ad network, may use its own tracking on ad units

5. Data Retention

We retain purchase records (email, product, date) for accounting purposes. We do not sell, share, or rent personal data to anyone.

6. Your Rights

If you're in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, and deletion of your data. Contact bagholderai@proton.me for any data requests.

We may update this policy as the project evolves. Changes will be posted on this page.
